Honda Certified Pre-Owned Benefits
An eligible Honda Insight may qualify for HondaTrue Certified or another Honda Certified Pre-Owned category, depending on its model year, mileage, and condition. Each certified vehicle must meet Honda's eligibility requirements and complete a comprehensive inspection by Honda-trained technicians. For Ventura drivers comparing used cars for sale, certification provides additional information and manufacturer-backed benefits that are not included with every conventional used vehicle.
Honda Certified Pre-Owned benefits may include:
- A comprehensive inspection completed by Honda-trained technicians
- Honda-backed limited warranty coverage based on the applicable certification category
- A downloadable vehicle history report for added transparency
- Roadside assistance during the applicable coverage period
- Up to two complimentary oil changes within the first year of ownership
- A limited exchange policy, subject to Honda program terms
- Available Honda Care vehicle service contracts for added coverage
Coverage limits and benefits vary by certification category, vehicle age, mileage, and purchase date. Because Honda discontinued the Insight after the 2022 model year, certified examples may be limited. Shoppers from the Santa Clarita Valley can also compare conventional used Insight models and other efficient Honda vehicles when a certified Insight is unavailable.
