2. Step 2 - If recall is present for your vehicle, Call or Email your Factory trained Service team to order the needed Parts; please make sure we have your best forms of contact (Your VIN number is required for ordering the correct part)Â
3. Step 3 - When your part arrives, our Service team will contact you to schedule the installation. Arrival times vary depending on the availability of your part with the supplier.Â
4. Step 4 - On the day of the scheduled repair, our service team will need your vehicle for 1-4 hours depending on the extent of recalled components. A service shuttle is available upon request for your convenience.
