    Hi! My name is Alexander Lopez and I have been with DCH Honda of Oxnard since December of 2000.  I am about to reach my nine year anniversary here and I can still remember the day I was hired like it was yesterday.  I began in the parts department as a driver, delivering parts to various body shops and independent mechanical repair facilities.  After a few months as a parts driver,  I was assigned the duties of shipping and receiving.  Once I became efficient in that aspect of the parts department, I was bumped up and began to help on the retail parts counter as well as the back counter where the service department technicians are assisted.  I sharpened my skills and selling techniques and soon was offered the position of assistant parts manager and gladly accepted that.  In that position, I was responsible for overseeing the department, assisting with various day-to-day tasks, as well as performing all of the duties of the previously mentioned job positions occasionally, and handling phone calls, retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale customers.  That brings us to my current title as Parts Manager.  The previous parts manager resigned in October of 2009, and I was given the opportunity to take that position.  I accepted the offer and now face a whole new set of challenges and goals.  I have always strived to achieve new heights, and I know that I will be able to accomplish the objectives put forth with the support of our loyal customers and my fellow companions.
